Project Debrief: Creative Counseling Services

Creative Counseling Services was in the rare position of being a well-established business with more than 15 full-time counselors assisting with drug and DUI rehabilitation counseling. Because of the nature of this type of counseling, the legal system is able to provide many counseling service providers with a regular stream of new patients. CCS hadn’t needed a website for the first several years of their existence for this reason.

Time For A New Website

Slowly, over time, they began to rethink their web presence. The counseling staff  realized that patients were looking for them online, and not able to find information or resources they were seeking without having to call one of the offices and getting direct assistance.

Creative Counseling Services called our Fort Collins web design team to create a branded look from scratch, that was refined and could be used in other marketing materials outside the web. Specifically, they wanted a good experience for new visitors, but they were able to save significant time for the counselors and the patients by providing resources for existing users directly on the web.

What we finished with was a nice, branded site that gave their patients and visitors complete access to their three office locations in Fort Collins, Greeley, and Loveland. The site is built on the WordPress platform so Creative Counseling Services can log in and make changes to their content at any time, keeping the site fresh and the resource information accurate and relevant.

Our WordPress deployments are always faster than your average WordPress site because we are meticulous with how we build the skeletal structure, and all of the individual components and plugins. Our fast caching servers put the exclamation mark on it all and our website load times speak for themselves.

As with all of our website projects, our WordPress websites are responsive across different screen sizes and work great on PC’s, tablets, and phones.
